Screen

Screened comments have different behavior based on the context of the comment.

Within a Personal journal:

Comments can only be [un]screened by the journal owner.
A screened comment can only be replied to by the journal owner. When it is replied to, it becomes public.
A screened comment is only visible to the journal owner and to the poster of the comment.

Within a Community journal:

Comments can only be [un]screened by the Community maintainers.
A screened comment can only be replied to by a Community maintainer. When it is replied to, it becomes public.
A screened comment is only visible to the Community maintainers and to the poster of the comment.
