This Wiki is LJ documentation by LJ users for LJ users. It's also a repository for no_lj_ads information.

Predictably, some of us are prejudiced about ads on LiveJournal, so we also make guides on Ad Blocking Techniques. There are also some guides about things like Removing the NavStrip, Customizing the Homepage, and Removing CProd Modules.

You might appreciate our articles on Console Commands (a complete list! LiveJournal's FAQs neglect to mention one or two) or Query String Arguments. Or perhaps you want to know how to keep an eye on LJ.

Or maybe, just maybe, you just want the Drinking Game. Depending on how that goes, you might want to see our list of LiveJournal Clones or look at our WordPress Guides. There's also the Journal Press Codex, a related wiki focusing on implementing certain LiveJournal features in WordPress.

You can see a list of all pages alphabetically or by popularity. You also see a list of all categories alphabetically or by size.

Sign in with OpenID (hint: you can use your LiveJournal URL!), choose a nickname, and start going. If you already have an account, you can convert it to an OpenID account if you want--it means you won't have to remember yet another password! Alternatively, you could sign up and register. It's nice if you use your LJ name, or edit your wiki user page to at least give us a hint of who you are, but not necessary.
