tipoftheday: A neglected community in which Frank offers tips for new users.
On November 8, 2006, the description of tipoftheday was removed from the translation string interface for /create.bml. From that it can be speculated that it will also be removed from the configuration variable that defines the default friended accounts of a new LiveJournal account. From that it can be speculated that tipoftheday will be abandoned.
Seems that Frank is going to go back to eating pants instead of helping new users.
