Frank is the LiveJournal mascot.

Frank lives on the LiveJournal homepage.
With the advent of Plus Accounts, he was covered up by the House Ads.
On September 20, 2006, a post in changelog states that the look of Frank is changing and that he's being moved from his normal spot in the upper-right of the homepage.
With the September 20, 2006 change, Frank ceased to "Baaaaa." This was a sad day for LiveJournal.
