Blurty runs on the LiveJournal Server software.
To create an account, Blurty requires a unique username, a password, a valid email address, and for the user to be at least 18 years of age.
Blurty has effectively removed S2 Customizations from their interface.
Only Paid Accounts can create or edit S1 styles, but, as of this edit, Paid Accounts don't exist.
Syndicated Accounts cannot be friended or created by Free Accounts.
They have copied the LiveJournal Legal Documents.
